MindMatch Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using the app "MindMatch" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
1. License
The developer grants you the right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Entertainment only
The App's sync rates, AI reports, and psychology notes are for entertainment and are not judgments based on scientific or medical evidence. Any decisions or actions based on the results are your own responsibility.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- analyze, modify, or reverse engineer the App;
- attempt unauthorized access or disrupt communications;
- harass or infringe the rights of your partner or any third party;
- violate laws or public order and morals.
4. Game Center
Two-device play uses Apple's Game Center, which is subject to Apple's terms.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the App and its bundled content (texts, designs, etc.) belong to the developer.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the in-app text will be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for disputes.
