MindMatch Web Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using the website "MindMatch" (https://ishindenshin.app, the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
1. Use
You may use the Service free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Entertainment only
The Service's sync rates, Sync Reports, and image-choice commentary are for entertainment and are not judgments based on scientific or medical evidence. Any decisions or actions based on the results are your own responsibility.
3. Rooms
Anyone who knows a room's link or code can join that room. Please send the link only to the people you want to play with. Do not use names in a room that could hurt others or identify a person.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- access the Service without authorization, place an excessive load on it, or interfere with its communication
- harass other players or third parties, or infringe their rights
- violate laws or public order and morals
5. Changes and interruptions
The Service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued without notice.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service and its content (text, images, design, etc.) belong to the developer.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is, without any guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated. Continued use after a change means you agree to it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the developer's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute concerning the Service.

1. License
The developer grants you the right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Entertainment only
The App's sync rates, Sync Reports, and image-choice commentary are for entertainment and are not judgments based on scientific or medical evidence. Any decisions or actions based on the results are your own responsibility.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- analyze, modify, or reverse engineer the App;
- attempt unauthorized access or disrupt communications;
- harass or infringe the rights of your partner or any third party;
- violate laws or public order and morals.
4. Game Center
Two-device play uses Apple's Game Center, which is subject to Apple's terms.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the App and its bundled content (texts, designs, etc.) belong to the developer.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the in-app text will be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for disputes.
